How long will it take for my order to ship?
- We'll ship your package within 1-2 businesses days of shooting each other texts filled with emojis of excitement!
- Based on your shipping, you should get your package within 2 weeks (depending on where you live). We've been having a lot more orders than we originally expected so sometimes it takes us a few trips to the post office to get them all out and that can delay a little...
- Please Contact Us if you have specific questions or requests about your order. Shipping will take longer around federal holidays when the USPS is backed up or closed.
For now, we offer USPS shipping, but we're hoping to include UPS and FedEx options soon!
Do you accept international orders?
Yeah! We currently ship to Australia and Canada. If you don’t see your country represented when choosing a shipping address, Contact Us and we'll take care of you.
What if I don't know what deck of flashcards to order?
It can be tricky to know how what each deck of cards is good for. Here is the easiest way to understand them.
- Distributor Edition: Inspired by Young Living essential oils.
- Wellness Advocate Edition: Inspired by DoTerra essential oils
- Everyone Edition: Not brand-specific. Includes the top 50 most commonly used oils across the board.
- "All the Feels" Aromatherapy Edition: Not brand-specific. Great source to understand which oils to use to help you manage your emotions.

What is your return policy?
We really want you to be happy with your products. If you're not happy - you can return your product for a full refund within 60 days. Shoot Kaley an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we'll give you the details on how to proceed. You can read our entire refund policy here.
What do I do if the product is out of stock?
We're trying our best to keep the site updated to show when the product is out of stock and when it will be back in. If you place an order with an item that is out of stock or shown as pre-order, you'll receive your package when all of the items are back in stock again.

"My product is damaged. HELP!"
Oh, no! We're so sorry this happened—it's not the kind of impression we like to make. Snap a photo of the damaged goods and then send Kaley an email (email@example.com). We'll be happy to give you a full refund or exchange your order. So sorry again! That's the worst.
"Oh, no!! I bought the wrong deck! Now what?"
That's okay! Things happen. Send Kaley and email at firstname.lastname@example.org and she'll work with you so you can get the right deck sent.
"My key ring arrived broken..."
