Great products but missing info...
I love my flash cards! I think they’re great and super easy to use for when I host classes. I have the oils I like to share pilled out of the stack and ready to pass around for anyone more hesitant to ask questions. My problem has been the customer service. All of my emails (confirmation, shipping, out for delivery and delivered) showed both products I purchased (Flashcards and a mug) and included both products in all of the information I was reading. Only my flashcards arrived so I sent an email just to see if I had missed something- all I was told in response is that they send their mugs from somewhere else, and it would be here soon... No date, no estimated delivery, no explanation, and no tracking number since they were both listed on the one associated with the flashcards. I’m not an impatient person, I’m totally understanding of them coming separately, one needing more time to get done/sent/ what have you, but communicating that would have been nice in advance, and updates as to when I will actually get it would be helpful also. At this point, I will just be surprised when it arrives!
